We aim to get your Black+Blum order to you as quickly as possible.


UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland)

 

FedEx (Tracked) £6.50 or free for orders over £50*

Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch depending on address

Royal Mail (Tracked 48) £3.95

Delivery: 4–6 working days

Royal Mail (Untracked) £2.50 (available for orders under £8 only, intended for replacement parts)

Delivery: up to 10 working days

Please note: we cannot take responsibility for untracked parcels once they leave our warehouse. The delivery times indicated are estimated, on average delivery times. Please allow additional time during busier holiday periods.

*For Scotland, we offer free tracked Royal Mail delivery on orders over £50, and free tracked FedEx delivery on orders over £100.

Warehouse Lead Time

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Exceptional closure periods will be noted on the announcement bar or in the basket.


Shipping Address

 

Orders are delivered to the postal address provided at checkout

Please check your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if the address needs to be updated

If an address is invalid and delivery is impossible, we will cancel the order and attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 5 days, the payment will be refunded


Shipping Problems

 

If accepting a damaged parcel, the customer must note any visible damage on the packaging of the goods on the delivery receipt before signing. Please take photographic evidence and notify us with a copy of the signed receipt if the goods are damaged.

Any package deposited in your mailbox or approved by someone else than you will be considered “approved” and no action can be undertaken in case of damaged goods without photographic evidence. If no claim has been issued within 3 days after the receipt of the package, we will not be able to consider potential disparities or accord any compensation.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Black+Blum reserves the right to split up the shipping of any order. 

Black+Blum cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Due to the automated and rapid nature of our fulfilment process, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has been submitted, even if a cancellation request is sent shortly after ordering.
 
Customers may contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation; however, if the order has already been picked, packed, or dispatched, the cancellation will not be possible.
 
If an order cannot be cancelled in time and has already been shipped, customers should refuse delivery or follow our returns procedure once the order has been received. A refund will be issued once the returned items are received back at our warehouse and inspected, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
 
Please note that time zone differences, particularly for orders placed on the US website, may impact our ability to process cancellation requests before dispatch.
