We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. SECTION 2 – PRICING POLICY
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice, however the products bought on the website will reflect the prices displayed at the moment of purchase withholding their unavailability at that time.
SECTION 3 – ORDER LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to reject any order placed on this website and/or to limit quantities on any order without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will always attempt to notify you using the e-mail address provided with the order. Your credit or debit card will be immediately refunded if we reject an order.
SECTION 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our products on sale and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of stock availability. In the event of unavailability after ordering, we will inform you immediately by email or telephone. Your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically if we are unable to contact you.
SECTION 5 – PROMOTIONAL CODES & GIFT CARDS
Promotional codes & gift cards are debited at the time your order. Digital coupons are automatically redeemed if applicable to your purchase. Coupons cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. Refunds will not be issued if the value of the coupon exceeds the value of your purchase.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are subject to black+blum’s cancellation and return policy. For the full cancellation and return as well as warranty policy, please review the refund or return and warranty sections of the website.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING
Shipping address
The goods are delivered at the postal address provided when ordering on our website. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the postal address communicated. Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if the address needs to be amended.
When the shipping address is invalid and making delivery impossible, we will cancel the order and try and contact you by email or telephone. The payment will be refunded if we are unable to contact the customer within 5 days. black+blum will invite the customer to re-order after verifying the delivery address.
Lead-time
Our warehouses dispatch orders on average within 1-4 working days. Exceptional warehouse closure periods will be indicated on the site main page or during the check out process
Rates & delivery time estimates
Shipping rates are calculated with the cart's amount and the delivery destination. A shipping rates calculator is available at the bottom of your shopping basket. If your country does not appear in the calculator, unfortunately we do not yet ship to your country. Please visit our Trade page for a list of distributors available in your area or contact us.
The delivery times indicated are estimated, on average delivery times. Please allow additional time during busier period such as before Christmas and your destination countries bank holidays.
black+blum reserves the right to split up the shipping of any order. black+blum cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery.
Shipping problems
Do not accept a package showing major damage. If accepting a damaged parcel, the customer must note any visible damage on the packaging of the goods on the delivery receipt before signing. Please take photographic evidence and notify us with a copy of the signed receipt if the goods are damaged.
Any package deposited in your mailbox or approved by someone else than you will be considered “approved” and no action can be undertaken in case of damaged goods without photographic evidence. If no claim has been issued within 3 days after the receipt of the package, we will not be able to consider potential disparities or accord any compensation.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without prior notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and black+blum reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, black+blum will issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount charged. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Neither black+blum nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, licensors warrant that use of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither does black+blum warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on this website, nor the products and services offered for sale on this website.
black+blum specifically disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by black+blum shall create a warranty.

We do not share customers’ details with third party websites or companies. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Sales.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the completion, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We use Google Analytics (GA) to track website user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records user data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us.
