Yes, all our water bottles are 100% leak proof.

We design water bottles in a range of different materials including glass, stainless steel and Tritan.

Yes you can use the Binchotan charcoal water filter in all our water bottles, although some of them, like the glass bottles, would require the steel coil as well to ensure your charcoal doesn’t move too much in the bottle.

Don’t worry, we offer replacement parts to most of our products, so if your lid goes missing, we can send you another one without having to buy the whole product again. See our replacement parts page for which products we offer.

Yes, all our water bottles can be custom co-branded with a logo, name or image, either in full colour or laser engraved. Find out more here.

Yes, all of our water bottle designs are unique to us. We design them from scratch in our London design studio. Find out more about our design process and philosophy.

All our designs are built to last and age well. They might take the odd scratch, dent or bump through use, but this will only add to their charm and character. With the exception of the glass water bottles, they come with a 2-year guarantee and 45-day refund policy. Please see the warranty page for more details.
