Do I need to add ice?

Ice or ice packs will be necessary to keep contents ice cold for 36 hours in the cooler bag, we recommend a 1:3 ratio of ice to contents. 

Can I wash the Cooler Backpack? 

We recommend only hand washing the cooler backpack. 

Is the Cooler Backpack leak proof?

Yes, the roll top and welded lining construction is 100% leak proof, so you don’t need to worry about any liquid from melted ice or spillages leaking out. The water repellent exterior will also keep rain and condensation away from your contents.

A word from the designer

Designing products for outdoor adventures often involves balancing performance with practicality. While researching cooler bags, we realised that many were optimised for the day out but overlooked what happens before and after. Large coolers are invaluable when you need them, yet awkward to store when you don't. We saw an opportunity to rethink the category by creating a backpack cooler that combines the carrying comfort of a backpack with the space-saving convenience of a design that folds flat. We also wanted it to feel like a well-crafted bag rather than simply a cooler with shoulder straps attached. The result is a cooler that’s easier to carry, easier to store and fits more naturally into everyday life between outdoor adventures.
